The brand focuses on timeless minimal aesthetics, premium craftsmanship, and building a strong community through meaningful design rather than fast-changing fashion trends.

    By using this website, you confirm that:

    • You will not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

    Orders flagged by automated or manual fraud screening systems may be delayed, cancelled, or held for verification.

    Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.
    Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
    Approved refunds for cancelled orders may take several business days depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

  9. Agent & Referral Network Policy
    The Primuz Club may operate through independent student promoters, referral partners, or brand agents.
    All commissions, incentives, and promotional rewards:
    • are subject to verification,
    • depend on successful order delivery,
    • and are processed only after completion of the applicable verification/non-return period.
    The Primuz Club reserves the right to suspend, reject, or terminate any referral or promotional participation in cases involving:
    • fake orders,
    • self-order manipulation,
    • misleading promotions,
    • spam activity,
    • fake urgency claims,
    • unauthorized discount promises,
    • abusive conduct,
    • or brand misuse.
    Participation in referral or promotional programs does not create any employment, partnership, franchise, or ownership relationship with The Primuz Club.

  10. Shipping Policy
    Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
    Estimated Delivery Timelines
    • Kerala: 2–5 business days
    • Rest of India: 4–8 business days
    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
    • courier delays,
    • weather conditions,
    • public holidays,
    • transportation disruptions,
    • operational limitations,
    • or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
    The Primuz Club currently ships only within India using third-party logistics providers including Shiprocket and associated courier partners. 

  11. Failed Delivery Policy
    The Primuz Club shall not be held responsible for delivery failures caused by:
    • incorrect customer information,
    • incomplete addresses,
    • unreachable contact numbers,
    • repeated delivery refusal,
    • or customer unavailability.
    Additional shipping charges may apply for re-attempted deliveries or reshipment requests. 

  12. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
    Size Exchange
    • A one-time size exchange may be allowed subject to stock availability.
    • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
    • Customers are advised to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.
    Eligible Cases for Replacement or Exchange
    Replacement or exchange requests may be approved only in cases of:
    • wrong product received,
    • damaged product,
    • manufacturing defect,
    • or verified size-related issues.
    Non-Eligible Cases
    Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
    • change of mind,
    • personal dislike,
    • minor color variation,
    • delayed delivery caused by courier services,
    • products showing signs of usage,
    • washed items, • removed tags,
    • damaged packaging,
    • perfume or odor contamination after delivery,
    • or physical damage caused after receipt.
    Shipping Charges
    • Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to size exchanges.
    • The Primuz Club will bear shipping costs only in verified cases involving:
          • wrong product,
          • damaged item,
          • or manufacturing defect.
    Refunds, where applicable, are processed solely at the discretion of The Primuz Club after inspection and verification. 

  13. Mandatory Unboxing Proof
    To report damaged, incorrect, or missing items, customers must provide a clear uninterrupted unboxing video.
    The video must:
    • begin before opening the package
    • clearly display the shipping label,
    • and visibly show the unpacking process.
    Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for approval. 

  14. Care Instructions Disclaimer
    To maintain product quality, customers are advised to:
    • wash garments inside out,
    • avoid harsh detergents,
    • avoid direct ironing on prints,
    • and dry garments in shade.
    Improper washing or handling may affect fabric quality, print longevity, or garment appearance.
    The Primuz Club shall not be responsible for damage caused by improper usage, washing, ironing, or storage practices.

    • graphics,
    • product designs,
    • packaging concepts,
    • campaign visuals,
