Refund policy

    • One-time size exchange may be allowed subject to stock availability.
    • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
    • Products must remain unused and in original condition.
    • Original tags and packaging must be retained.

  2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Exchange
    Requests may be approved only in verified cases involving:
    • Wrong product received
    • Damaged product
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Verified size-related issue

  3. Non-Eligible Cases
    Returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal dislike or preference issues
    • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen settings
    • Delayed delivery caused by courier services
    • Used or washed products
    • Removed tags or damaged packaging
    • Perfume or odor contamination after delivery
    • Physical damage caused after receipt

  4. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and verification.
    • Approved refunds may take several business days depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
    • Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of The Primuz Club.

  5. Shipping Charges
    • Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to size exchanges.
    • The Primuz Club will bear shipping charges only in verified cases involving: wrong product delivery, damaged products, or manufacturing defects.

  6. Mandatory Unboxing Proof
    To report damaged, incorrect, or missing items, customers must provide a clear uninterrupted unboxing video.
    The video must:
    • Start before opening the package
    • Clearly display the shipping label
    • Show the full unpacking process clearly
